FAQs

Are the prints framed?
No, all prints sold unframed. We currently do not offer framing because we don't have the capacity to frame prints at this time. However there are many frame stores that offer great framing services for your prints, whether it's ready-made frames or bespoke, custom frames. All of our prints are standard A size formats (A4, A3, A2, A1, A0), which makes life easier when it comes to framing. We suggest looking for professional art framers in your area or online.

Do you do commissions/personalised orders?
No, not at the moment.

Do you offer digital downloads?
No, all prints come as physical prints.

How are the prints packaged?

A lot of care and attention goes into packaging each print. In order to minimise damage, all prints are packed using secure and protective packaging. All packaging materials are recyclable.

How much is shipping?
UK Shipping is £2.99 and international shipping is £9.99

When will my order arrive?
UK orders: 2-5 working days
International orders: up to 10 working days

What is your return policy?
Returns are only permitted for damaged prints. If your print is damaged upon arrival, please send us an email (hello@deerosa.com) with a photo of the damaged print within 72 hours of receipt and we will review it. If you are eligible for a return or exchange, we will notify you via email and the print must be sent back to us within 10 days of notification (return address details will be provided in the notification email). Returns or exchanges will only be issued, once we have received the print. Customers will not be responsible for the additional shipping charges if your damaged print is eligible for a return or exchange.

What does Limited Edition mean?
Limited Edition means that a limited quantity of prints were produced and once they're sold out, there won't be any more available. The Limited Edition prints are currently limited to 100 prints per artwork.

How do I know that the Limited Edition prints are authentic?
Limited Edition prints come with valid, numbered and signed Certificates of Authentication (COA). One authentication is sent per print; we cannot replace lost or damaged COA’s, so we advise that you keep it safe.

Why don't the Limited Edition prints come in A4 Size?
Because the level of detail in these prints is greater, it will not appear well on A4 and looks best on a minimum size of A3.

What is a Giclee print?
Giclée (pronounced “zhee-clay” or “g-clay”) prints are produced using a fine art digital printing process, which involves the use of high-resolution ink-jet printers that use colourfast, archival pigment based inks. The inks are then combined with high quality archival quality paper to achieve the most precise reproduction of an artist's work.

How long does a Giclee print last?
Giclee prints are extremely high quality, lasting well over 100 years and even longer if the prints have no access to direct sunlight.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro,  Shop Pay, Apple Pay and  Google  Pay.
