Returns are only permitted for damaged prints. If your print is damaged upon arrival, please send us an email (email@example.com) with a photo of the damaged print within 72 hours of receipt and we will review it. If you are eligible for a return or exchange, we will notify you via email and the print must be sent back to us within 10 days of notification. Returns or exchanges will only be issued, once we have received the print.
Customers will not be responsible for the additional shipping charges if your damaged print is eligible for a return or exchange.
