By placing an order with us at deerosa.com, you are making an offer to purchase goods. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will inform you of this via email. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card. Please note that deerosa.com reserves the right to cancel any orders placed as it sees fit. You will be notified by email immediately by deerosa.com if any such cancellation occurs.

All prices on deerosa.com are as stated, however deerosa.com reserves the right to amend the price of goods with any notice. 

Availability
We will do our very best to ensure that all goods, descriptions and prices appear correctly on deerosa.com. We will also do our very best to ensure that goods displayed are available, however we can't guarantee availability of goods on the website. If you do order goods and they are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment & Privacy
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
